I am a shooting guard with strong ball-handling skills, court awareness, and the versatility to contribute at multiple positions. My coaches use me at both shooting guard and point guard, and my height and footwork allow me to play effectively in the post when my team needs it.
I have played basketball for as long as I can remember. Why? For the love of the game. I love challenging myself, succeeding, and then imagining what I might be capable of next. I enjoy being part of a team and learning from both the highs and the lows that come with competing. Once I learned the fundamentals, I was hooked—and now I can’t get enough.
Dedication over motivation is my training philosophy. To me, dedication means showing up even when I don’t feel like it and being willing to do the small things that make me better. Whether I’m dribbling around cones in my garage or training with my coaches, I can trust myself to put in the work. I believe consistently doing the little things is how I’ll eventually accomplish my biggest dreams.
I also love theater, where every cast member has to know their lines, understand their role, and be where they are supposed to be. Basketball feels the same way to me. Being the best teammate I can be means understanding what my team needs from me and being ready to fill that role. Whether I’m playing the entire game or supporting my teammates from the sideline, they know they can count on me—just like every member of a cast depends on one another for the show to succeed.
